Closet Clean-Out & Community Sort Party

Got clothes or shoes ready for a new home? Bring them by this Sunday between 12:30–2:30 PM and help us keep dignity in motion.

We’re accepting gently used men’s, women’s, and children’s clothing, shoes, and non-perishable food.

And if you’re up for it, stay and join our Clothing Organization Party! We’ll be sorting, folding, laughing and transforming our Clothing Warehouse (also known as Sam’s Garage) into an easier-to-navigate space so we can quickly find what families need more easily.

Drop in. Stay awhile. Lend a hand.
Every item –  and every hour – helps create dignity through community.

Frequently Asked Questions

What items can I bring?

We’re accepting gently used: Men’s, women’s, and children’s clothing Shoes Non-perishable food items If it’s clean, in good condition, and something you’d feel comfortable giving to a friend — we’ll gladly receive it.

What items should I not bring?

At this time, we’re unable to accept: Torn, stained, or heavily worn clothing Used undergarments Opened food items Large furniture or household items When in doubt, ask yourself: “Would I confidently hand this to someone I care about?”

Can I just drop off or do I have to stay and volunteer?

Not at all! You’re welcome to: Drop off your items and head out Stay for a few minutes Stay the whole time Every contribution matters, time and/or items.

What will we be doing if we volunteer?

We’ll be: Sorting clothing by size and type Pairing shoes Folding and organizing shelves It’s relaxed, practical, and surprisingly satisfying.

Where do the donations go?

Clothing and food are distributed directly to families and individuals we serve through our community outreach efforts and delivery program.

What if I can’t attend but want to donate?

You can: Coordinate a drop-off time Support us financially through our donation page Purchase items from our Amazon Wish List and have delivered to us Share the event with others
